I just wanted to drop a few lines to say thank you for delivering 2 very successful courses for our sales team – Essential Recruitment and Pro Active Sales
Essential Recruitment was great in terms of reiterating the key legislative, operational and customer services standards that should be adhered to in order for the teams to differentiate themselves from the “crowd” as knowledgeable and professional recruiters. This has helped some of our team be less emotive in their dealings and has given them confidence to better advise clients and candidates
For Pro Active sales, this further reiterated our philosophy of truly consulting with clients as opposed to being order takers – what the client asks for isn’t necessarily the best solution for their problem and taking the time to probe through asking the right questions and truly listening means they are better equipped to provide alternative suggestions that still mean a win/win for both parties
We have had Consultants who have struggled previously to secure new clients, convert new clients since their training, using the knowledge given to them on the course; this in turn has boosted confidence and has enabled them to feel more fulfilled in their role
